By purchasing at our online store ( you accept the purchase terms outlined below. The terms apply to private customers shopping online that are over 18 years of age (minors must obtain parent’s approval).

Otherwise, any purchase of TWAS’s products and services shall comply with the conditions listed in the following formal standard text, with any additions or changes agreed upon in writing.

Things With a Story (TWAS) is a brand of Play Products AS. We design and produce high quality paper products such as notebooks, cards, posters and boxes. All of our products are sustainably made in Norway.

2. Ordering

Once we receive your order we will send you an email confirmation. Please review this confirmation and contact us by email if it is not in accordance with your order. As soon as we receive your order, the total charge of your purchase will be held against your credit card or preferred payment option. Resellers that choose invoice as payment will not be charged at this point.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed, occasionally we do run out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via email so that you can change or cancel the order.

3. Prices & Payment

The prices for private customers are inclusive of MVA (VAT) and the amount of MVA (VAT) will be listed during the checkout process together with any other possible fees for your order. If you shop for more than 500 NOK, the delivery cost will be deducted automatically from your order. Otherwise, delivery costs 69 NOK.

Resellers will receive free delivery when shopping for more than 5000 NOK. Otherwise, delivery for resellers costs 350 NOK, but this amount might be adjusted depending on the size of your order.

Payment is made by card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) via the secure and encrypted payment solution Stripe. All card and transaction information is kept in accordance with the card companies’ regulations. For further details, we refer you to our privacy policy.

Resellers can choose to pay by invoice and will get this sent to their email address when the products are shipped.

All the prices in our store are given in NOK. Your card issuer will determine the foreign exchange rate to apply to the transaction. The order total includes delivery costs, but does not take into account any local taxes or customs charges for deliveries outside of Norway. These kinds of fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address stated in your order confirmation or to a Post office nearby. All of our products are sent via the Norwegian National Mail Service, and our shipments normally leave us within two working days after being processed.

Any local taxes or customs charges for deliveries outside of Norway are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damage During Transportation

If the goods are damaged during transportation, please obtain and fill out a damage form at your mail office. The goods must then be returned to us in their original packaging together with the form, before we can send you replacement products. According to Norwegian law, the products must be returned to us within a reasonable time, and within 10 working days from the time you have collected the package. Additionally, you can send us an email explaining the situation. This will simplify the process and be more efficient for both you and us.

6. Unclaimed Packages

If you do not collect the package from your mail office within 14 days of its arrival, it will be returned to us. You will receive a notification when the package arrives, and you will receive a reminder a few days later. Unclaimed packages will not be refunded.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If the products turn out to have any faults, do not meet your expectations, or you decide to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving them. You will then have the right to have the products repaired, replaced, or your order cancelled.

According to Norwegian law, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving the products. You can download and fill out the form Angrerettskjema (only in Norwegian) to be returned together with the products, or read more about this law at Forbrukerrådet. Upon cancellation it is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods to us and to cover the costs of this, before we can issue a refund.
